Dennis Brown was one of Jamaica’s greatest vocalists having recorded over 100 albums in his 42 years on earth. Heralded as Bob Marley’s favorite singer among other honors, Dennis Brown made hits in each of the four decades that he recorded. Originally released in 1977, this album became an instant classic and maintains its status to this day. Vocal excellence, imaginative original songs and state of the art production are the reasons. The still popular dancehall hit ‘Here I Come’, the roots classics ‘Whip Them Jah Jah’ and the title track only set the stage for cover versions of
